New requests arrive as pending. Confirm them between 10am and 8pm, then send the customer their confirmation text.

Verify every proof against your records (deal file, invoice, e-transfer) before approving. Approving unlocks the member's promotion and giveaway entries. If the member was referred, enter the referrer's reward (up to $500, max 5 per referrer).
Watch for edited or AI-generated documents: mismatched fonts, totals that don't add up, missing dealer details, or a purchase you can't find in your records. The site already blocks the exact same file from being submitted twice. When in doubt, call the customer before approving.
